They are automatically generated layout variants for the lot that differ in building type and intensity. They let you compare several yield options quickly without engaging a designer at the earliest stage.
Do the scenarios account for shadows?
Yes — each scenario can be run through the 3D solar and shadow study, including the shadows it casts on neighboring buildings.
Do the scenarios respect the zoning?
They are fitted to the buildable envelope derived from the zoning (FAR, height, setbacks, lot coverage). They remain an indicative site-yield study — the final design is drawn by an architect.
