The terms under which you access and use the Parcela platform.
By accessing or using Parcela, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Parcela provides automated site analysis, due-diligence reports, and related data products for land across its markets. Reports are generated from open public data and are NOT legal opinions, valuations, or replacements for professional surveys.
For Ireland specifically: Ireland has no open vector cadastre, so the site extent shown is INDICATIVE (an OpenStreetMap / address envelope, or the real DAFM LPIS agricultural field for rural land). The authoritative boundary and ownership are established by the Tailte Éireann folio and folio map (Land Registry) or, for unregistered land, the Registry of Deeds — never by the Parcela report.
You must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape (except via the public API), or resell Parcela reports without a white-label agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses or site identifiers you input.
Paid plans and one-off reports are billed via Stripe. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout, exclusive of VAT.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds for one-off reports: within 14 days if the report has not been generated. Subscription refunds: pro-rata for unused time at our discretion. Statutory consumer cancellation rights are unaffected.
The Parcela platform, software, and report templates are owned by Parcela.
Report outputs you purchase are licensed to you for your own use. You may share them with your clients, advisors, and financing partners.
Public data incorporated in reports remains subject to its original licence (CC-BY, ODbL, CC0, etc. — cited on each report). Tailte Éireann folio maps are licensed and are not redistributed by Parcela, which is why the extent shown is indicative.
Parcela reports are generated algorithmically from open public data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report. In particular, the site extent for Ireland is indicative and must not be relied on as a legal boundary.
Parcela is not liable for any investment decision, loss, or damage arising from the use of our reports.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
Upon termination, your reports remain accessible via their permanent links for the duration of your purchased access period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and the courts of Warsaw have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of Irish law and EU law that apply regardless of this choice of law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
